We support the Financial Services Authority initiative of Treating Clients Fairly and have adopted the following principals.

Our principals are:

• We shall ensure that all our customers are aware of the risks involved in spread betting
• We shall not encourage you to engage in trading that is disproportionate to your financial income
• We shall not encourage customers to chase their losses or continue trading when they have indicated that they wish to stop
• If you are a private customer we will ensure that your funds are segregated from the company account
• Providing you with clear, unbiased and fair information regarding the services we offer
• Ensure that all financial promotions are clear, fair and not misleading
• We shall deal with any complaints fairly and give you information on our Complaints procedures should you ever feel dissatisfied with our service.
• We provide information about filtering services, notably the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA), so that customers can apply the appropriate filters on their personal computers.
